About Our Eye Care Team in Spring Hill

Dr. Stephanie Price is your dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable eye doctor. Dr. Price’s commitment to her patients sets an example for every other Port Royal Eye Care staff member. Dr. Price strives to earn your trust during every visit by working closely with you to understand and meet your needs.

Dr. Price’s passion for eye care began at a young age. She used to hide in her closet with a pen light and a mirror to watch her pupils dilate when she shone the light on them. When other kids dreamed of becoming firefighters or teachers, she always knew she wanted to be an eye doctor.

Dr. Price is committed to every aspect of your eye care, from helping you pick out the perfect frame to teaching you about your eyes during an eye exam. Having moved back home to the Nashville area to raise her daughter, she wants to give back to the community she loves so much and help everybody achieve clear, comfortable vision for life.

Tina handles insurance and billing here at Port Royal Eye Care, but she’s really our Jill-of-all-trades. Having worked in the eye care industry for 15 years, the last 7 of which with our team, Tina has the experience and dedication to help you achieve your vision needs.

Tina loves getting to know people. You’ll find she’s easy to talk to due to her warm, friendly, and outgoing personality. All she asks is that you don’t get upset with her about your bill—she’s just here to help!

Outside of work, Tina loves spending her time outdoors, whether she’s working in her yard or going on hikes. Married for 15 years, she has 7 kids between her and her husband!

Allen is our friendly and helpful optician. Having worked in a lab previously, he knows precisely how your lenses interact with your eyes and can help you meet your needs. With 15 years of experience in the eye care industry, he’s spent the last 4 with us assisting patients with finding their next favorite pair of glasses. 

The “aha” moment when kids who don’t know they don’t see correctly finally have clear vision is Allen’s favorite part of his work. He’s proud to be part of the fun, family atmosphere here at Port Royal Eye Care. 

A married father of 2, Allen is an army veteran. He spends much of his time outside work as a youth baseball coach for his youngest son’s team. As he likes to say, if his family isn’t at the ball diamond, it’s probably because it’s raining outside.

SunShine is our paraoptometric technician, assisting Dr. Price to ensure we get accurate information to care for your eye health. SunShine’s genuine care for every patient at Port Royal Eye Care is evident in the time she spends with everybody to understand their unique needs.

SunShine has been with our team for 5 years but has spent a total of 11 years in the eye care industry. When it comes to her work, she enjoys working with children and fostering a fun environment for everybody to enjoy. 

Outside of work, SunShine enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years and her 3 sons.

Karen is our outgoing receptionist and scheduling coordinator here at Port Royal Eye Care. She’s often the first person you get to speak with regarding your appointment and sets the tone for the rest of your experience. 

Karen isn’t afraid to go the extra mile for you. Her passion and dedication are apparent in every single interaction she has with anybody, really. For nearly 4 years, she’s worked with patients at Port Royal Eye Care to achieve their eye care needs.

Karen enjoys quilting, crocheting, and scrapbooking when she isn’t helping patients with their eye care needs. She lives in Lewisburg with her husband of 36 years in their stunning colonial home, which was built in 1838!
